once when i was 10 in gymnastics they told me to do a backflip handstand flatback i did it fine until this kid jumped on the trampoline and flung me onto my neck and it cracked i cried and finshed they day but after that i quit cheer too and never came back.
i wish that he never come's back and eats his dog for dinner.
